Admissions

Enrollment begins April 1 of each year. We have small classes to allow our teachers to give students individual help. Classes will not exceed 10 students per grade level. We suggest that you complete the application process immediately to reserve your child’s seat in class. Please allow us three days to process your child’s application. Please note that your child may not be accepted until we receive all the necessary documents to process his/her application. You will receive a letter in your email accepting or denying your child’s enrollment. If you need help with the application, gathering documents, submitting the ESA application or transferring funds to Class Wallet please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our team members. How to Apply

Application
Enrollment in ESA-AZ https://www.azed.gov/esa
Enroll in Class Wallet https://www.azed.gov/esa/classwallet
Birth Certificate (ESA students only)
Proof of residency (ESA students only)
Current or last report card
Notes and/or plans from teacher or school
Signature of parent handbook being read and understood

Fees and Payments

We are an ESA provider. We accept Class Wallet funds

Full Day: Kindergarten: $600 per month
Full Day: grades 1st through 6th: $700 per month
After school program: $350 per month for SLA students
After school program non SLA students: $500 per month
On site tutoring $70 per hour
Mobile tutoring: $90 per hour

These programs begin at age 5 through 14 years old.
